GRAPEVINE, Texas (May 22, 2025) – The Destination Grapevine Texas Women's Open returns to Grapevine Golf Course on May 28, 29 and 30, 2025, for the 45th edition of the Championship. Now an official event on the ANNIKA Women's All Pro Tour (WAPT), the tournament continues to draw professional female golfers from across the country.

Admission is complimentary for spectators, allowing fans to enjoy top-tier women's golf in an accessible public setting at one of Texas' top-ranked public courses. Angela Stanford, the 2026 Team USA Solheim Cup captain will be back in the field this year, adding extra excitement to an already competitive field. Three past champions will also tee it up again, Maddie McCrary, Kenzie Wright and Grace Jin. The projected purse is $75,000.

New for 2025, the ANNIKA WAPT partnership means the top two finishers will earn exemption into The Epson Tour's Great Lakes Championship. Player earnings will count toward the 2025 ANNIKA WAPT Official Money List.

First played in 1933, the Texas Women's Open has long served as a platform for rising stars and seasoned professionals to shine, while also inspiring the next generation of female golfers.
