41ST ANNUAL MAIN STREET FEST WRAPS UP THREE DAYS OF FUN ON GRAPEVINE'S HISTORIC MAIN STREET!
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS (May 18, 2025) - The 41st Annual Main Street Fest – A Timeless Texas Tradition presented by Bank of the West, wrapped up on Sunday, May 18, after three days of exciting festivities, entertainment and activities for families and friends alike.
Family-friendly fun and memory-making moments took center stage at the festival. At KidZone, the Pied Piper of Percussion had kids moving and grooving with infectious energy. Young imaginations lit up as they built bricks alongside Master Model Builders from LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Dance parties were in full effect, complete with bubbles and wolf ears, in the Great Wolf Lodge area. Kids also learned how to milk a cow compliments of “June” the animatronic black and white Holstein dairy cow from Dairy MAX. Whataburger, the Texas legend, served up creativity with a fun, hands-on art activity inspired by the new Whata-Art Collection. Smiles and laughter were radiating from the award-winning Talley Amusements Carnival as kids enjoyed rides on mini-motorcycles, trains and elephants and you couldn't miss the giant stuffed animals along Main Street that guests proudly won at the Midway.
Live music could be heard throughout the weekend across three stages. Country Music Legend Neal McCoy had thousands of fans singing along with popular tunes at the Arca Continental Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Main Stage Friday night and Downtown Fever had people on their feet on Saturday night.
Artisan, Marketplace and Food Vendors lined Historic Main Street, offering a wide variety of handcrafted goods and delicious treats. First time vendors, including American Vintage Candle Co., said it was a standout weekend, with fantastic crowds pushing them well beyond their sales goal. Vendors came from across the state and country, including Wichita Falls-based Cups and Cakes Bakery and Florida-based Florida's Best – who said the happy festivalgoers made this weekend unforgettable.
Art experiences welcomed festivalgoers with a vibrant showcase throughout the weekend. Meow Wolf: The Real Unreal brought a big splash of creativity to Historic Main Street. Inside the Foust Funeral Home, the Grapevine Art Project Market featured a juried exhibition offering guests a chance to experience the destination's thriving local arts scene in a uniquely historic setting.
Craft Brew was tasted at the Craft Brew Experience & VIP Lounge sponsored by Gaylord Texan Resort and visitors experienced chef-led pairings of mouthwatering bites and brews at the Craft Brew Pairings. The dishes included BBQ Wings, Asian Ribs and Bread Pudding from Rock & Brews, and the flavorful lineup was complemented by a curated flight from Community Beer Co., featuring favorites like the Kush Double Hazy IPA and Honey Citrus Blonde. Guests left with a newfound expertise for food and brew pairings, ready to impress their friends!
Friendly competition was served at the Main Street Fest Tennis & Pickleball Tournament, held Saturday and Sunday across Grapevine High School, Colleyville Heritage High School and Dove Park. The tournament included open singles and doubles events, as well as level-based competition in singles, doubles, mixed doubles and parent-child doubles. It attracted top-tier talent from across Texas and neighboring states, showcasing some of the region's best players.
